The app is free to add in Microsoft Teams. It connects to your Approval Studio account, so you'll need an active subscription or trial to receive notifications about your projects.

For now you add it manually with the package on this page: an admin can upload it for the whole organization, or you can add it to your own Teams if custom-app uploads are enabled.
