Use efficient dashboard to work with your projects
Approval Studio dashboard is organized in a way that helps you find specific design projects among dozens of others in seconds and instantly view all essential information.
Search field and project statuses
The search field is located right above all your projects for quick access to any of them. All the projects are according to their statuses — in progress, pending, or on hold.
Kanban board switcher
Approval Studio also includes an option to switch to a Kanban dashboard that will allow you to view your projects in Kanban style.
Visible project information
Every project on the dashboard has its essential information displayed: name, description, due date, project owner, uploads, approvals or change requests, project progress, tags, and data from other fields.
Project completion stages
Design project completion stages include Current, Completed, and Archived. You can choose to display a specific category only or all of them at once.
Visible task information
Active tasks for Pro users can be visible on a special bar to the left with a specific icon and name for each task type, project name, assignee, description, and due date.
Use powerful online design review software with efficient dashboard design and never lose track of any project.
If you are using multitenant, you can choose to display only projects of a specific tenant where you are an active user.
Select Specific Tags
The full list of sorting tags you have already used in your design review and approval process is available to choose from.
Sort by Characteristics
Other sorting options include project progress, title, and creation date. You can also change the order of the display.
How to search projects
Projects can be searched by any word or symbol from the name, description, project ID, tags, or any menu field that you have filled in. Except for the project name, these fields are not obligatory, but you can use them to make the project search easier.
How to search tasks
The tasks bar has the same search mechanic as projects — you can search them by their project name, description, task type, or tags.
How project tags work
Tags are designed to mark projects and can be later used for similar ones. One project can have multiple tags that can be used instead of folders for quick access. Tags are also transferred to tasks assigned within the project.
