New AI Agent · Chrome & Edge · Free during pilot

AIndrew — the AI agent that manages your Approval Studio projects.

AIndrew watches every project you own. Each morning it drafts a portfolio briefing, flags risk before deadlines slip, and lets you approve, reject, route, or request a new version in a single click — without leaving the page you're on.

The 8 a.m. problem

Approval Studio tells you what's there.
It doesn't tell you what matters today.

If you manage 10 to 80 active projects, you already know the morning ritual: open dashboard, click through each one, hunt for the fires, miss two, find out at 4 p.m. that a client has been waiting since Tuesday.

1
Stalled

Silent reviewers eat your week.

A reviewer hasn't opened the artwork in three days, but you won't know unless you check. You usually check on Friday.

2
Buried

Rejections hide until they hurt.

Two of five assets on a project came back rejected. The dashboard says "in review." The deadline says Friday. Neither one says act now.

3
Manual

Triage takes the first hour.

Forty minutes of clicking through projects to figure out what needs you. Multiply by the number of mornings in a year.

What AIndrew does

Four focused jobs, done well.

An agent with four focused jobs — each one earns its place in your morning routine.

Daily briefing

Every morning at the time you choose, AIndrew generates a narrative summary of your portfolio — what changed overnight, what needs you, and a short "what to do first" recommendation in plain English.

What lands Projects approaching deadlines, assets stalled in review > 16 hours, rejected files that need re-routing. Delivered as a desktop notification and available in the extension popup all day.

Smart suggestions

AIndrew reads timeline events and proposes specific, named actions with a one-click Apply button. It calls the right Approval Studio mutation, logs the action, and confirms in-line.

Sample suggestions Asset rejected on Acme — send a new-version request to the original uploader? Globex hasn't moved in 3 days — nudge the assigned reviewer? All five Initech assets approved — mark project complete?

Inbox alerts

Granular, per-event alerts you can toggle on or off. Same-project alerts collapse into a single rollup row, so you don't get spammed during busy days.

Per-event toggles Asset uploaded, approved, rejected, file moved to next reviewer. Project stalled, no activity in 24 hours — sidebar inbox, toolbar badge, optional OS notification.

Workflow-aware

AIndrew respects Approval Studio's built-in workflows. If a workflow auto-routes an approved file to the next reviewer, AIndrew sees it happen and suppresses its own suggestion for that step — no parallel paths.

One source of truth Never competes with Approval Studio rules — AIndrew checks first, fires only if a step is genuinely orphaned. Dismiss a suggestion once and AIndrew remembers — "always ignore this file" sticks.
The popup, annotated

Everything in one 330-pixel surface.

No tabs, no menus, no second screen. Click the toolbar icon and the whole briefing — narrative, metrics, suggestions — opens right next to where you're already working.

1 Narrative
The briefing, in plain English.

One paragraph. Numbers you can act on. A clear "start here" recommendation — no chart dump.

2 Portfolio metrics
Four tiles, four questions.

Active, on-track, stalled, rejected. Tap any tile to scope the list below to just that bucket.

3 Suggestions
Named action, named project.

Severity-coded. Every card explains the why and proposes the next move — never abstract.

4 One-click apply
Approve, reject, route, re-send.

AIndrew calls the right mutation against the Approval Studio API and writes the result to the audit trail.

Setup in 3 steps

From install to first briefing in under two minutes.

What changes in your first week

Three concrete changes from day one.

Not abstract. Not "AI-powered." Three specific things that change about your week.

30min

Saved every morning

No more clicking through every project to find the fires. The briefing lands; you act on what matters; the rest waits its turn.

16h

Earliest stall caught

AIndrew flags inactivity proactively — at 16 hours, not in retrospect when a client emails on Friday afternoon.

1click

To approve, reject, or route

Every action — including new-version requests and reviewer nudges — happens from the popup, without leaving the page you're on.

Trust & controlEvery design decision here is about keeping you in control.

  • Read-mostly by default.Every action requires an explicit one-click confirmation. AIndrew never mutates state without you tapping Apply.
  • Full audit log.Every action lands in the Approval Studio project timeline with a timestamp, the mutation name, and the result. Exportable as JSON.
  • Workflow-respecting.AIndrew won't fire a suggestion if Approval Studio's own workflow is about to do the same thing. No parallel paths, no competing actions.
  • Always ignore this file.Once dismissed, an asset never appears in a briefing or alert again. Per-project, per-asset, never an algorithmic "we know best."
  • No brokers, no analytics.Project data flows browser → our backend → Anthropic Claude → back to your browser. Nothing is stored on the backend. Audit logs and preferences live in your browser's local storage.
AIndrew never acts without your confirmation.  ·  This sentence is load-bearing.
Quick answers

Things people ask before installing it.

Does AIndrew work without Approval Studio?
No — AIndrew is built exclusively on top of Approval Studio's GraphQL API. You sign in once with your normal Approval Studio account; the access token is received automatically, and from then on AIndrew can read your projects, propose actions, and (only with your click) execute them.
How does AIndrew authenticate to Approval Studio?
You click Sign in with Approval Studio once during onboarding and log in with your normal Approval Studio account. The 30-day access token is issued and stored locally — you never see or copy it. AIndrew warns you 24 hours before it expires so you can re-sign-in without a gap in service.
What does AIndrew do with my data?
Project data flows: your browser → our backend (reporter.approval.studio) → Anthropic Claude → back to your browser. Nothing is stored on the backend. Audit logs and preferences live in your browser's local storage.
Can I turn off individual alerts?
Yes. The settings panel has per-event toggles for every alert type: asset uploaded, approved, rejected, file moved, project stalled, no activity in 24 hours. Toggle any of them on or off independently.
Will AIndrew compete with Approval Studio's built-in workflows?
No. AIndrew detects when a workflow is about to act and suppresses its own suggestion for that step. You always see one source of truth — never a parallel path, never two systems trying to do the same thing.
How does AIndrew fit with the rest of the AI tools?
AIndrew is the agent tool in the wider Approval Studio AI stack — sibling to the ABC compliance report, the Team Productivity report, and the MCP server. They share the same data, the same audit trail, and the same trust model.
