🏷️Project Tags – A Simple Yet Powerful Enhancement

We’ve added Project Tags to task cards to help teams pass more structured information when creating or reviewing tasks. Whether you want to indicate priority, department, brand line, campaign type, or simply add a custom label, tags give your workflow that extra layer of clarity.

Tags appear directly on the task cards, making it much easier for assignees to quickly understand the context of the task at hand. There is no need to rely solely on project names or descriptions. Tags keep your dashboard organized and your communication streamlined. Plus, they’re searchable and filterable, making it easier to navigate through large volumes of tasks.

This enhancement is particularly helpful for teams managing multiple brands or campaigns within a single workspace. You’ll be able to segment, group, and prioritize your work more effectively than ever.

📂Digital Asset Library (DAL) – Available for PRO Users

This one’s big! We’ve just launched the Digital Asset Library — a new feature available exclusively in the PRO version of Approval Studio. This addition transforms the way you manage and reuse your approved files, streamlining your design cycle and keeping your best work within reach.

So, how does it work?

Once an asset is approved and your project is coming to a close, you now have the option to send that asset to your Digital Asset Library. From there, you can access that file anytime in the future, across any project, and reuse it with just a few clicks. Whether you want to use it as a template, repurpose it for a new campaign, or maintain a central library of final designs, DAL makes it easy.

This feature is perfect for marketing teams, agencies, or any business with recurring design work or standardized templates. Say goodbye to digging through past projects or relying on external folders. DAL keeps your approved designs centralized, accessible, and ready to go.
