Release Notes: May 2022, Part 2

Congrats, the new version of Approval Studio is online!

The last Spring release of 2022 has been deployed this morning, and we have prepared some cool stuff for you!

First of all, we have finished the redesign of Approval Studio Settings – you no longer need to access the Legacy Mode to see the personal and company settings. All the features are now available in a shining new look.

While redesigning the system user interface, we decided to improve the look of our reports. The Proof report and activity log were optimized and improved. Take a minute to see the new design of our reports. If you have ideas on how to improve them – contact our support team. It might be the time to add more reports to Approval Studio. Let us know what reports you would like to see in the system.

In the previous release, we introduced the AI search of images. Approval Studio processes the images and adds tags based on the file content. Some of our users claimed that it would be convenient to see those tags. Vois-la! We’ve added the AI tags to every asset, just hoover over the tag icon to see the keywords generated by AI.

Another feature for our PRO version users is the ability to add custom names to project fields. We used to manage this part of customization on our end but decided to give full control to our users. Company admins can rename project fields in the Settings.

Of course, like in every release, we have fixed all the bugs that you reported to us and the bugs we found ourselves. Traditionally, we want to thank all the users who help us improve Approval Studio by reporting the bugs or suggesting the new features.
