The new version of Approval Studio is online! This release is wholly built on your requests.

Here’s what we have added:

• You can now change the order of your files, simply drag and drop the assets in the list. The order will be changed in the Review Tool as well.
• Download assets option is available for external users in Lite and Pro. Please contact our support team to have it activated.
• The new version has also brought many fixes for Review Tool 2.0 making it faster and easier to use.

We started adding new notifications you asked us for:

• Reminders for external users about pending reviews. You can turn them on in the company config. Once a day, the system will send reminders to the external reviewers about the files they need to review.
• Project Due Date notifications. This is a personal setting for each user. Approval Studio will remind you about the projects due today.
