Projects Statistics

 

Get insights into your project progress, including the total number of created, completed, or currently overdue. Review projects with changed due dates, those on hold, the average time it takes to complete one, and see the longest-running projects.

Assets Statistics

Track the total number of assets uploaded, the number of review requests sent, and how many assets have been approved. It also covers design change request situations, helping you understand the level of design feedback needed.

Asset Versions Statistics

Focus on the design iterations of your assets. This includes the total versions uploaded, the number of assets approved in a single version, and those having multiple versions. Identify assets with extended revision cycles to address potential bottlenecks.

Task Progress

Track the total number of tasks created, completed, or overdue, along with those that have been deleted. This also provides the average completion time for tasks, as well as insights into the longest-running tasks.

User Statistics

 

Understand individual and team contributions. This section also highlights the most active users, showing how many tasks they’ve completed and projects they’ve created, giving you a clear view of creative team collaboration.

Timeline

The Timeline tab on the project menu lets you have a glimpse of a particular project’s whereabouts. See who and when uploaded assets, changed the due date, and added or resolved an annotation. You can also export the timeline as an XLS or PDF file.

Proof Report

Get a PDF Proof report that contains full information regarding the project, tasks, and assets including all annotations, and comments. The proof report allows reviewing projects outside of the system. Just click on the printer button on the Files tab, and – ta-da!
