   • One of the standout features of the Approval Studio Demo Review Tool is the ability to compare different versions of the same asset automatically. This comparison tool lets you see what has changed, making it easy to track revisions and ensure that all requested changes have been implemented correctly. We have 4 compare modes to offer, and you can try them all!
3. Chat in the Comments
   • Collaboration is made seamless with the integrated chat feature in the comments section. This allows team members to discuss specific feedback points in real-time, ensuring that everyone is on the same page. You can ask questions, provide clarifications, and even brainstorm ideas directly within the tool together with your coworkers to see if it fits your needs. Every annotation and comment will be updated live.
4. Approve or Request Changes
   • The core feature of Approval Studio is to let you Project Owner know the result of your revision. If you have found some mistakes, you can send a request to changes the highlighted annotated areas, and if everything is to your liking – you can click on the big green “Approve” button. However, mind you, that after making a decision, you will be locked out of the review tool and will have to re-enter it to have access to all the above-mentioned features!
