Since incorporating Approval Studio into our resource toolbox, it has proven to be quite valuable and an integral component of our operational process. I am the art-director of the weekly journal “Новое Время” (New Time). Each issue contains 5-10 unique graphic materials, starting from small 5×5-cm maps to large 2-page spreads of infographics filled with information. I always have ideas on how to improve the graphics, what should be added or changed, and I need to deliver it all to designers. We used to work in an old-fashioned style sending all the info via email, and I had to open each email with a file in it and say what needs to be changed. Of course, some of my requests were missed, and I had to repeat something again and again in every new iteration. With Approval Studio, the process has entirely changed, as Approval Studio does not forget anything, all the comments are saved, and I can easily track changes in every new iteration with the help of built-in features, such as the comparison tool. All that makes the issue delivery faster. I appreciate the guys from Approval Studio for their ideas.

Just what I have wanted. Just what I have been searching for. Just the tool I need to accomplish simple approvals of design images for my clients. I have been trying anything and everything I could find. I needed a way to very simply and quickly upload an image, send it to my client, and have the client be able to either approve or reject and notate the design so that I could edit and send new image. I have finally found it. Approval Studio also shows version history, so either I or client can see what has changed. To be clear: I bought this deal about 10 minutes ago. Went in to it, puckered around for about 20 seconds…and before I knew it, I had executed a trial run. Without reading a letter of directions or asking even one word of support. I am so happy. BUT, to be clear — this is a perfect fit for me and my very limited needs. This is likely still a great fit for many of you, too! The software does way more than I need done. The good thing for me is that it can do so much more, but none of that interferes with me having access to the perfect tool for my needs. Man. This is cool. Thank you, Approval Studio.
