Storage

All data is stored in controlled facilities with limited access in the Netherlands with the use of 3W Infra’s private cloud technology that maintains a high-volume network with over 400Gbps network capacity.

Your data is treated according to ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and best security practices. All confidential data such as credit cards or passwords is encrypted during transmission, and all payments comply with PCI DSS.

Data Backup

& Recovery

We perform full data backups several times a day and selectively test their integrity once a month. All backups are encrypted and stored on different servers. Also, we have a Data Recovery Procedure in place in case of emergencies.

We adhere to universally recognized safety standards and obtain certificates so that you are sure that your data is stored in compliance with all the necessary regulations.

Payments Processing & Security

Your payments are processed via Stripe, an industry leader that has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Authentication & Password Protection

You can safely create your own internal account in Approval Studio or use OKTA or Google to log in with SSO.

Maintenance & Availability

We constantly monitor our system’s performance and always make sure that scheduled releases do not disrupt your work.
