Incorporate all your work, including all the projects and mockups, into your Slack communication to receive all the updates, approval decisions, and changes made to the projects right in the specific channel.

With our online design collaboration tool added to Slack, it will be practically impossible to miss any updates, deadlines, and project changes.

Two integration levels

Approval Studio provides two different levels of Slack integration that can be active both at the same time or separately: Project- and Client-level integrations.

Project-level integration

 

When enabled in the settings, Project-level integration will make your design approval project link to Slack channel that you’ve chosen.

Get notified on specific projects

 

You can add any Approval Studio project to Slack by choosing the option in the project menu. You will then get notified in Slack about any changes made to a specific project.

Create separate channels

 

Each project can be assigned a separate channel created in your Slack workspace beforehand.

Client-level integration


Client-level integration is added in the Company Management settings and will inform you of all the changes applied to all projects in your Approval Studio tenant.

Keep track of all major events

 

This level of integration will keep your hand on the pulse of new project creations, status changes, task assignments, reviews, and all other updates.
