The full project report includes information about all the assets uploaded and all of their design versions and can be generated with a separate button.

Header and project info

 

Every report includes basic project and asset info at its beginning. The header will tell you about the asset name, cycle, and the number of pages dedicated to this one asset in the file. Also, the first page of the report will include basic project info.

Asset info and annotations

 

Every report page includes a thumbnail of the file with all the annotations made to this specific cycle and detailed info about these annotations. Basic asset information is also available.

Pending tasks

 

This section provides data about the tasks that were pending at the moment of the report generation. Except for tasks assigned by the users of the Pro package, it also includes all external review requests.

User approvals

 

The section with approvals includes all the decisions that were made within the flow of the project meaning approve and request changes. Approval with changes is also included here.

Discussion

 

The discussion section is available in reports for the Pro users and contains all the messages that were sent by the users in the discussion section of the project menu.
