Internal user notifications

Most email notification settings are meant for internal users and can be found in the personal settings of your account. There, you can regulate what updates you want to receive and when.

New annotations

 

Users can set up the design proofing tool to send notifications when a new annotation is added to the file in their project. It is also possible to set up the frequency of such notifications from every 10 minutes to daily at a specific time.

Approve/Reject

 

Decision-making is a key component of the artwork approval process. Approval Studio users can get notified every time such decisions are made to keep their hands on the pulse of a project.

Mention notification

 

Mentioning users in the proofing tool comments or in the discussion panel of the project menu can also trigger notifications to their email address if they are turned on.

Users that work with tasks in their design review and approval process can get notifications about any of the four types of tasks as soon as they are assigned to them These tasks are asset upload, reference file upload, assets review, and change request.

External user notifications

Except for your registered team members, notifications can as well be set up for external reviewers invited via email in Company Management. You can set a daily time when they will receive reminders that they have a pending design review waiting for them.

App notifications panel

There is also a notifications panel right in the design review application where you will receive all our internal company updates and information about new releases.

Slack notifications

You can also integrate Approval Studio with your Slack workspace to receive all the updates and notifications about your whole tenant or one specific project there.
