Use efficient dashboard to work with your projects

Search field and project statuses

The search field is located right above all your projects for quick access to any of them. All the projects are according to their statuses — in progress, pending, or on hold.

Project completion stages

Design project completion stages include Current, Completed, and Archived. You can choose to display a specific category only or all of them at once.

Visible project information

Every project on the dashboard has its essential information displayed: name, description, due date, project owner, uploads, approvals or change requests, project progress, tags, and data from other fields.

Visible task information

Active tasks for Pro users can be visible on a special bar to the left with a specific icon and name for each task type, project name, assignee, description, and due date.

Few options

Approval Studio also includes an option to switch to various dashboard views allowing you to view your projects in different styles. There are five different views to be chosen from for your convenience: Vertical, Masonry, List, Folder, and Kanban.

HTML Slider

Vertical

Vertical is a new render of an old classic that displays projects that are in progress and pending in vertical columns with the ability to scroll down to see other projects. All necessary information is visible from the dashboard: name, due date, description, tags, project owner, and completion status.

Vertical

Masonry

Mansory view is an old-time classic available for each subscription plan that displays all the projects using tiles. Projects get sorted by those that are pending and in progress. Each tile contains necessary project information: name, due date, description, tags, project owner, and completion status.

List

List view is a PRO feature that allows users to view all project information in the form of a sheet, displaying name, review status, due date, project description, customer, project, design, and revision. The projects are automatically sorted by pending and in progress.

List

Folder

For all subscription plans, the projects can be organized in folder view by the date they were created. PRO users can rename folders, delete specific folders, and create subfolders. Additionally, projects can be created in the folder with pre-filled information, such as owner, customer, revision, design, and project.

Folder

Kanban

Kanban layout can be enabled in Company Settings > Branding for each subscription plan. Columns can be set as default or customized to meet your needs. Drag and Drop allows you to move projects through up to 10 columns that can be added or edited at any time.

How to search projects

Projects can be searched by any word or symbol from the name, description, project ID, tags, or any menu field that you have filled in. Except for the project name, these fields are not obligatory, but you can use them to make the project search easier.

How to search tasks

The tasks bar has the same search mechanic as projects — you can search them by their project name, description, task type, or tags.

How project tags work

Tags are designed to mark projects and can be later used for similar ones. One project can have multiple tags that can be used instead of folders for quick access. Tags are also transferred to tasks assigned within the project.
