Use the customization options to create an efficient project tracking and storage space for you and your team.

Logo

Approval Studio allows you to set a logo for all users in a tenant to be displayed on the dashboard. Note that only a tenant administrator can change it in the Company Settings > Branding.

Vertical

Background picture &
Dark mode

These are two features that allow each user to individually customize their working space most conveniently. You can change a background picture and switch to the dark mode in User Settings > Appearance.

View options

Approval Studio offers five different project display options in the dashboard. Those include Kanban, Folder, Mansory, Vertical, and List. Each user can choose a view that is convenient for their working process.

Project fields

Administrators can reassign project fields for the whole tenant, replacing them with the buzzwords already used in the company. The feature is available in Company Settings > Branding.

Logo

Background

Personal reminders

Each user can choose when to receive email notifications based on any actions made on the projects in User Settings > Notifications. Additionally, each user can set up everyday review reminders that get sent to their email in case of any open tasks in Company Settings > Notifications.

Internal notifications

The administrator can enable internal notifications for users to see on the dashboard. Users can receive those in many cases, including asset tasks upload, overdue projects, user mentions, and more. These are tenant-wide and can be turned on and customized in the rich text editor/HTML editor in Company Settings > Notifications.
