Why do you need quality proofing?

Simple mode

Selective Approval

When your design process requires a client to choose one of many assets, selective approval comes in handy. Approve one of many versions rather than working with a single asset. Selective Approval can be turned on for the whole tenant or every specific External Review Request.

Approval with changes

When the asset is good, save for a few minor details that need to be changed before proceeding, approval with changes works best as it allows you to not review minute changes before sending the asset to production. Don’t resend hundreds of versions when unnecessary, approve with changes, and move the project quicker.

Checklists

Checklists are made to ensure that the review process goes smoothly without any of the design review elements getting lost in review. Increase accountability by identifying the exact areas that each person has to address, and make sure that it is done by making reviewers check all the elements upon approval/rejection.

Acceptance and confirmation

The reviewer can get an approval confirmation message after the asset gets approved. The message can be customized and works best when combined with a checklist and approval acceptance checkbox that together serve to increase the responsibility when approving.
