Approval Studio offers efficient search capabilities, enabling quick access to essential files and information in our online proofing tool. By reducing time spent searching for assets, teams can focus on tasks that drive project progress, ensuring timely delivery and enhanced collaboration.
Project SearchProjects can be searched by any word or symbol from the name, description, project ID, tags, or any menu field that you have filled in. Except for the project name, these fields are not obligatory, but you can use them to make the project search easier. |

Advanced/Deep SearchAdmins can perform deep searches among all the design review projects from different tenants. There is a possibility to select the creation date and completion state to narrow the results. Any texts, asset names, or tags existing within the project that match will pop up in the results. |

Task SearchWhen there is a task assigned to you, there is a possibility to search among those tasks. Basically, the tasks bar has the same search mechanic as projects — you can search them by their name, description, task type, or tags. |

Tag searchSearch can be performed based on previously set tags. On the left top of the dashboard, the user can choose one of the sorting tags you have already used in your design review and approval process. |

AI searchAI Search allows users to locate project assets by their content. Using search bar, users can search for specific assets by entering keywords related to the content within the project's files. |

When working with projects and assets that have similarities – like similar client or design industry – it is always useful to mark those for future needs like searching, identifying, or grouping. For that, Approval Studio has introduced two different tag systems.
