What is Approval Studio Adobe Extension?

We have created an official Adobe Creative Cloud Integration to make sure you can make your design review process as smooth as possible and switch from creating artworks to getting feedback instantly without having to leave your Adobe tool.

What Adobe tools are supported?

Approval Studio Extension can be used with 2020 or higher versions of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign on both macOS and Windows. We are also planning to expand to other Adobe apps.

How to install the extension?

You can install an extension using the Adobe Exchange portal or download a ZXP file from our website and install it manually. If you need any further assistance, please take a look at our Extension Guide and Guide for Manual Installation.

Approval Studio Adobe CC Extension is free of charge.

Pro & Enterprise

It works with Approval Studio Pro or Enterprise accounts.

API-based

Uses Approval Studio API and requires stable internet.

Create or choose projects

 

The extension allows its users to create new projects or choose already existing ones from their tenants in our design proofing software. Creating a new project, you can fill in all the necessary information.

Upload files

 

After the project is ready, you can link it with the file you are working on and upload it to Approval Studio without opening the browser and accessing the app.

Working with layers

 

Our Creative Cloud Extension allows you to upload files with layers to review them in the proofing tool separately. Uploading such files, you can choose if you want the layers to be available, include invisible ones, and keep the background transparent.

Check info (all of it)

 

You can check any design project information available at the moment, including approval/rejections and thumbnails of the uploaded assets.

Check tasks

 

Monitor the tasks assigned to you and complete them by accessing the design review tool right from your Adobe products.
